Summer Virtual Introductory Sandplay 2-day Workshop

The workshop is 12 teaching hours over 2 days, and is open to participants with any level of knowledge about Jungian Sandplay Therapy. Click here to view the Introductory Workshop flyer.

Cost:
$400 CAD for the workshop

Participants will:

Learn the history and development of Sandplay Therapy founded by Dora Kalff and how it may differ from other approaches to sand and miniatures
Be introduced to basic concepts of Jungian theory
Engage experientially in hands-on learning modified for virtual training environment
Review presentations of Sandplay case material with both child and adult
Consider the role of the therapist in relation to Kalff’s framework, the Free and Protected Space
Discuss the Sandplay collection and practical aspects of the practice
Learn about the certification process and requirements of the International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST), as provided by the Canadian Association for Sandplay Therapy (CAST). And learn about CAST’s Sandplay Practitioner training stream.

BOTH VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON training modules provide knowledge and experiential training in sandplay therapy.
